No problems so far, approximately one year later. Doesn't get a whole lot of use though. The main complaint is regarding the blender jar pour spout. What an inefficient design! Liquids just spill over the edge then drip down the side of the jar when uprighted. Also, the inside ridges that go from top to bottom which help to knock the food around are poorly placed. There are four, one in the middle of each side. It would be better to have two on each side because having them in the middle makes it hard to use a spatula without making a mess. When scraping contents to spout (such as it is) it exits at either side of the spout. Not a good design. K-Tec Blender does a great job. Very powerful motor and easy to clean. Only weakness is it's very loud. However, that's only a minor point. Very pleased with this product.Get more detail about K-Tec Champ HP3 Professional Blender, Black (Now BlendTec).

I have had this blender/food processor for over four years now and I love it! It is very practical to have two machines in one and it takes care of both jobs very well. I have used it for homemade baby food, daily smoothies, milkshakes, making hashbrowns, and on and on.
