This product is a disappointment to me because it doesn't perform as advertised on tv. It is good for making some drinks, but it absolutely does not chop food (even small amounts) effectively. Even if you follow the recipes that come with it, you will be stirring, shaking and trying to make it work only to result in some half-chopped food, and some liquified- so you can forget making the chicken salad or "saving time" chopping your veggies.
