Well... I bought this to replace my Back-To-Basics Elite smoothie maker that broke after 5 YEARS! ( Now that should be awarded 5 stars!!). I decided to try something new... It's ok. It is quieter, and the auto-pour feature is nice, but after using 3 times, it now has a pretty fast drip when you leave some smoothie in the pitcher. I have to keep a cup under it or it makes a big mess. If that had not happened, I would have given 5 starsGet more detail about West Bend 76630 Autoserve II 56-Ounce Smoothie Maker with Dispensing Button.
