I think this is probably a great product, I just happened to get a defective one or I just ran it too hard. After two weeks of making two shakes a day, this bad boy was dead. When it did work it did a wonderful job of crushing ice and making smoothies... it just died and it wasn't worth it for me to return it since shipping would have cost half of what I payed for it.
