I have only had this blender now for a year and the polycarbonate carafe has been cracked for over half the time I owned it. Very disappointing. I bought this item from Williams Sonoma and they will take it back however, because they no longer sell this item in the store they are only willing to give me the last known price in the store which of course was on sale. It was a good blender however, my vitamix blows this blender away and cannot compete.Get more detail about VillaWare v00143100 Infinity Blender 67-oz..
